Allen Harper, EVP and Chief Hacker, Michael Baucom, VP of R&D, and Joe Rach, Security Engineer will panel a discussion and demo on "Embedded Systems Exploitation" and Matt Rahman, SVP will moderate a panel discussion "Cybersecurity Impacts on Medical Device Manufacturers."
The 2016 Healthcare Cybersecurity Symposium is hosted by the CERT Division at Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute and the Pittsburgh Technology Council. The purpose of the event is to bring together experts to discuss current challenges in the areas of healthcare cybersecurity and is designed promote the Greater Pittsburgh region as a center of excellence in cybersecurity.
This one-day event, through a series of presentations, panels, a demonstration, and collaborative discussions, will explore challenges and offer some ideas for a way forward.
